Process
★ Unless purchased via my Ko-fi page, payment will be processed via PayPal invoices (which I will send after initial sketch is approved)
★ Please provide as much visual reference as possible! Written reference is also okay - be sure to include any do's and don'ts for the piece(s) as well.
★ A note for the previous point: If you don't already have art for the character you're commissioning then crude MS Paint sketches, use of Picrew, video game character creators or mood/inspiration boards are more than welcome! Please NO AI/stolen art!
★ Invoices will have partial payment enabled, meaning you don't have to pay the full price upfront: 50% of the final price will need to be paid to advance past initial sketch and full payment will be needed before you receive the final version
★ I will check in with you after the sketch and again after the flat colours have been put in, before a final check at the end of the process. Let me know if you would like more regular updates, and please let me know of any changes you would like me to make before the piece is finished if possible!
★ I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time.
terms of service
★ All payments will be processed via PayPal invoices in GBP (£), unless purchased via my Ko-fi page. All other terms referencing payment from this point is under the assumption you have purchased directly, and not via Ko-fi.
★ Once terms have been accepted and I have accepted your commission I will send you a PayPal invoice after you've approved the initial sketch - at least 50% of this needs to be paid for me to continue beyond the initial sketch phase.
★ Turn around time can be anywhere from a couple of days to a month! If you have a strict deadline that needs meeting ASAP, please let me know from the start! I will also endeavour to keep you updated should your commission take longer than anticipated.
★ I work almost exclusively on a 2000x2000px @ 300dpi canvas in RGB. If you have specific dimensions/colour profile, please let me know and I'll do my best to stick with them!
★ All commissions will at least have a flat colour background. I can also provide a transparent version if requested.
★ All commissions purchased with these pricings are for personal use only! If you have commercial/for profit projects you would like illustrating, please contact me via email and we can work out pricing!
★ Under NO circumstances can my art - commissioned or otherwise - be used for NFTs or to train AI
★ I have the right to decline a commission.
★ Once the piece is completed and paid for, there will be no refunds. If you need to cancel before completion you will be entitled to a 50% refund, or a full refund if I haven't started yet. If I need to cancel at any time, you will be entitled to a full refund.
★ Commissioned art will be used as part of my portfolio, and may be used for personal art promotion. If you do not want this to be the case, please let me know!
★ Unless stated otherwise I will post the finished piece to my own social media - if you would like to post it instead, or not posted at all, let me know! In the event that you decide to post it, be sure to credit/link back to my Twitter/Instagram/Bluesky (@cynvii)
